PECompact License Purchasing

Thank you for your interest in purchasing PECompact. To make PECompact affordable for as large an audience as possible, we have created a plethora of license types and tiers. We believe that through this system the added complexity in ordering is offset by the money saved by our customers. This page will make selection of the appropriate license type as easy as possible. If you need any further assistance, we're here for you.

After you place your order you will receive an email from Bitsum Technologies that provides your login information to our Support area. Your order is usually processed within minutes to hours, depending on how long customer verification takes. Once the order is processed, you will be able to download any version of PECompact ever release from the Support area.

Orders are subject to VALIDATION. If not already done when requesting the trial, you must be prepared to authenticate your company or personal internet presence by emailing us from the domain at which you distribute the software you will be using PECompact on. This is to deter abuse by malware authors. ORDERS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THIS MANUAL VALIDATION!

Shareware	Individual developers and small businesses.	Compressed applications may be distributed freely as long as a trial version exists for public download under the freeware or shareware system and no boxed copies of the software are produced or sold.
Commercial	Larger companies and other commercial entities.	There are no restrictions to the distribution of compressed applications under this license.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is considered an 'application' or 'product'?

Any software that is distributed in a single package under a single name. Multiple modules of a single software package do NOT count as individual products.

What is your update policy?

Updates are free for the first year after the initial license purchase. Subsequently, each additional year of updates can be purchased for 50% of the current retail price of your license type, or the original retail price of your license type if it is no longer offered. Versions released during the term of your update subscription will always be licensed to you and will always be retrievable from our user services area.
